ORIGIN

Players have the game.
The presentation should match it.

FORMR was created to help players present themselves with the same intent they bring to the game.

Since 2020, the work started simply: helping players turn their clips into something they could actually use.

Over time, one thing became increasingly obvious. There is no shortage of talent in Australian football, but compared with markets in the US, UK and Europe, access to quality player-focused media — particularly throughout the NPL, state leagues and academy system — is still limited.

FORMR was created to close that gap.

SMALL DETAILS. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Presentation
matters.

A player can spend years developing their game and still be represented by a poorly cut highlight video or a CV made in five minutes.

A highlight video is often the first impression a coach, scout or club gets of a player. Sending a CV without strong footage is not far removed from applying for a creative role without a portfolio.

The CV. The photography. The clips. The social content. The way the player is introduced.

Individually, they can seem small. Together, they shape how a player is seen.

Professional presentation should not be reserved for players who already have professional resources around them.

The player comes first.
The content should follow.

BUILT AROUND THE PLAYER

Different pathways.
Same idea.

FORMR works with players at different ages, levels and stages of their careers — from academy players preparing for overseas opportunities to professionals building careers across Australia and abroad.

The majority of our player relationships are still ongoing today. The aim is simple: once a player comes to FORMR, the work should be able to grow with them as their career develops.

WHY FORMR

Different forms.
Same player.

FORMR is intentionally open-ended.

The name comes back to form — how a player’s game, identity and career are presented — without locking the brand into one service or one stage of a career.

Highlight videos were the beginning. The work now stretches across match content, player profiles, photography and social media, with room to evolve into wider creative direction over time.

FOR THE GAME

Built to give
something back.

The ambition goes further than media.

Football creates opportunities that can change lives. FORMR ultimately wants part of its growth to flow back into the game — particularly into communities where talent exists but resources, facilities, education and pathways do not.

South America is part of that long-term vision, alongside other under-resourced football communities around the world.

The goal is eventually to help create access: equipment, education, facilities, opportunities and pathways that can give young players a better chance.

That part is still ahead. But it matters that the business being built today can one day help make it possible.

Football gives a lot to people. FORMR wants to give something back.
